Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email sales@abrasiveindustrial.com.au with your Invoice/Order Number stating the issue with the order
- Once confirmed for return you are responsible for sending it back, if tracking is not available you will be responsible for loss of items in transit
- Once received and confirmed by our staff your account will be credited or funds returned, depending on the agreed arrangement
Additional Information:
- Refund, replacement product, or store credit can take 5-10 working days from the item arriving in our warehouse.
- Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay
- Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay
